Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice hotel, tidy, good breakfast, rooms are of appropriate size. The staff is helpful and nice. As location is not in center it is best to reach the hotel by taxi (from train central station in Milano approximately 20 €).

We have chosen this hotel for the good price. The hotel is a little bit old but the services are excellent. Double room has all you need: minibar, toiletries, slippers, "handy phone" with free calls and internet and a small balcony. With tram no 1 and no 14 you can reach the main sights in Milan. Great breakfast with plenty of food to choose from and good expresso. City tax is 5 euro/adult/night. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next visit in Milan.

This hotel is located outside the city of Milan, The room was good, came with a fridge, stocked prices were OK. And the room came with a travel buddy, Ideal for help with getting to know a new area, includes free calls. best transport range is on the tram, which is on the opposite side of the street of the hotel. (no14) Takes you straight into Pza Duomo The Metro Portello is a long walk from the hotel, a closer metro is Cisinio where you can get on the M5 line. Takes you straight to the San Siro football stadium. There was a lot of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, I personally prefer the one of the 2 brothers. (Due fratelli) There's a couple of supermarkets close by, Lidl, market, and co-op.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was that the breakfast had good espresso, although you had to order it specifically from the server. I liked how they were not pushy close to the closing time of breakfast - they continued to bring out fresh food 15 minutes prior to the closing time as a group came in. However, I would never recommend this hotel. The single room was crammed and the bed was the smallest I have slept on. The furniture and decor was very old - from the 70's - and needed to be updated. The safe in the room did not work. I informed the front desk, they tried (unsuccessfully) to fix it before I left to see the sites. I returned to the room after a couple of minutes to pick up a jacket and was shocked to see a technical crew in the room attempting to fix the

Economic hotel ,we went there for a first visit in Milan. The hotel might be a little old looking from outside but the cleaning exists and it is in a very good condition. The double room is quite big ,everything very clean. There was a problem with the fridge but they fixed it in the following day. The hotel parkinh is on the site, contra cost,15€/day but you can find places for free near by,on the streets(what we did indeed). Breakfast full of options, the staff very kind. Close to the centre, bus stations. Tips*-look for L'immagine bistrot restaurant(very close)-very good food!

As a hotel we were staying in, in time of need (our money and passports were stolen) this was the best of the situation we could have made. Rooms were okay, weird almost asian bathrooms and had good wifi and breakfast. Not in the best part of Milan however.

a bit far from city centre but the tram is right outside the hotel door and so it was an easy ride to city centre. transit tickets were available at front desk, making commute easy. rooms were clean and beds comfortable. service was friendly. would stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel while in Milan for a few days. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, although well connected via public transport. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel and a train station about a 10 min walk from the hotel. Tram tickets can be bought within the hotel. Also there is a 24h supermarket about a 2 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean (cleaned daily) and are quite spacious. (The decoration is a bit dated but that's normal in Milan.) The breakfast room is also good, with a selection of hot and cold food/drinks to choose from.
