B&B Hotel Milano Central Station is lauded for its prime location, favored by guests for its accessibility to the central station, attractions, and dining options, making city exploration a breeze. While the rooms are often described as clean and the beds comfortable, some guests have noted their compact size and the absence of amenities like in-room coffee machines.
The service is generally praised for being friendly and attentive, although there have been a few reports of inconsistency. Despite the criticisms regarding room amenities and dated decor, many find the hotel to offer commendable value for money.

Hello everyone, I stayed at this hotel for one night. I always choose this hotel chain even abroad and I must say that I never regret it. Cleanliness, courtesy, good price and excellent breakfast. Clean room with heating, a very useful thing that I only found with them was the luggage storage with code-protected lockers so you can leave them in extreme safety. I also highly recommend it for its central location so you can reach the central station in 5 minutes.

In an age where the most modest accommodation in major cities has to cost you a small fortune, this hotel was refreshing. Basic but clean and focusing on the essentials for guests.
I would certainly stay there again.

We stayed in the junior suite which is actually a slightly larger room with a leather sofa bed, small desk with plastic armchair and wardrobe.
The other rooms seemed too small to us.
The bed was very comfortable, with double pillows and we slept really well.
The air conditioning is precisely adjustable without the need to contact reception.
The shower is spacious, there is a double sink but the toilet is in a corner, too close to the door and you have to be careful if another person opens the door to enter while you are sitting. The bidet faucet also releases water with too much pressure and it is easy to flood the floor.
Breakfast offers a lot of choice, but it seemed to me that some pastry products such as cakes or croissants were tasteless or had an excessively sweet taste, almost as if they were packaged.
On the other hand, the cappuccino was good, as were the Greek yogurt and dried fruit.
I give 3 stars for the price: the room was advertised at €93 but with a non-refundable prepaid rate and without breakfast and in a very small room. We paid €138 with breakfast including tourist tax only thanks to the GO2023 discount code of €12. That's no small thing: breakfast should have been included in the basic rate. Furthermore, our room had a large damp stain all over the false ceiling as shown in the photo.
However, the unsatisfactory quality-price ratio is a problem for the whole city, also due in part to the inflationary spiral caused by our policies.

My stay was generally comfortable, with a cozy bed, though the room itself was quite small. The breakfast selection was limited, which might be a drawback for some. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the Duomo, making it a reasonable location for exploring the city. However, there’s no private parking, and the nearest garage is a 5-minute walk away, costing 30 euros per day. If you’re not traveling by car, the hotel meets basic expectations and offers a decent stay for its price.

We were really impressed with this hotel, for the price we paid we thought it was great value for money, within walking distance to the centre of Milan, train and metro stations. It was clean and modern, friendly staff and cheap breakfast if you wanted to add on. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel a month ago and suffered several inconveniences that made our stay a very unpleasant experience.
1. First of all, the air conditioning did not work properly: it made noise and did not turn off completely, preventing us from having silence and a pleasant temperature. Every time we wanted to turn the air on or off, therefore, we had to contact reception to have them do it from there.
2. In the bathroom we had several problems. The bathroom door didn't open properly and it took a lot of effort to move it.
3. On the other hand, the water in the shower did not always come out at the same temperature and there were sudden changes while you were using it.
4. Perhaps the most serious thing was that the toilet was broken, leaving a sharp edge on the surface, which pierced my skin and caused a wound at the first moment of use. We notified the reception about the bathroom problems and they told us that they would solve them the next morning, which was not the case.
5. On the last day we placed the sign on the door asking them to clean our room, also hoping that they would solve the problems in the bathroom. When we arrived in the afternoon, we found everything had not been cleaned or picked up, but the cleaning sign that we had placed on the door had been put back into the room.
When checking out, the reception simply gave us a discount card for a new reservation at the hotel chain, which, of course, we are not going to use.
With all this, we want to express our absolute disagreement. This experience clouded our stay in Milan and caused us several problems and inconveniences, mainly the injury that I suffered in my leg due to the poor condition of the toilet. The management from reception of our complaints and requests was also regrettable, since at no time did we feel that our problems were really resolved.

Please see photos of mold in shower and photos of the horrible view they gave me for a 5 night stay. It was very bad. The manager named Elena was very rude and disrespectful to me because I made a simple request to change rooms due to sickening mold (muffa)in the very small shower which had a very strong odor as soon as you approach the bathroom and open the shower door. The mold (muffa) was obvious as it had a very strong odor. Elena said even though other rooms were available she would not change for the reasons I gave, and she stated I should have ‘known by looking at the area before booking’.
She finally said she would have the bathroom cleaned and I was told to stay out of room for half an hour. I was extremely tired from traveling but I stayed away and came back in more than half hour.
Elena was NOT sympathetic at all. Her rude facial expressions and harsh tone of voice made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The wifi for internet connection was very bad so I couldn’t work there like I had planned. Also my phone calls would not connect well from my hotel room.
The breakfast was disappointing generally. The coffee and croissant were fine— but for the additional amount paid for breakfast, it was not worth it.
A couple days later the moldy smell returned but I no longer wanted to speak with the unfriendly, unprofessional management there at B&B.
Elena told me they would not change my room and if I left there I would not get a refund. I still went ahead and booked a different hotel for 2 nights in order to have a beautiful experience in Milan even though I did not get any assistance or refund from this hotel for my 5 night stay. I spoke to Giuseppe another manager there about my experience with Elena. He told me I was treated in an acceptable manner as he had overheard on the phone.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different hotel that will welcome you with warm hospitality. The area along the same street (closer to central
station) has nice city views and many beautiful, CLEAN hotels to choose from.

We only stayed for one night so wanted to be near the train station. The hotel was great, on a quiet street, very good windows that I couldn't hear anything outside. Very comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Great hotel. I'm now going to book a hotel in Berlin under the same brand, I was that impressed. Negative, I would of liked a kettle. There is also a fridge to put food in. Location was nice, great restaurants near and quiet. Would of liked more time to explore.

I was dubious about staying in a hotel opposite Milano Centrale station, but for an overnight stay en route from Switzerland to Florence, this place was perfect. Reception staff were very helpful, including recommendations on where (and where not) to eat in the area. The room was small but clean and practically appointed in the style typical to this chain. Beds were comfortable, and noise from the street suprisingly well contained, so we slept well. The breakfast was also very good quality. The hotel is very good value for the price, and I would recommend it.

The hotel is great. The train station and several underground stations are within walking distance. A walk to the city center is also possible without any problems. However, in our room the windows should have been cleaned again, generally a better cleaning of the rooms would be desirable.

Yes, it is!! I stayed there last year, and it was very comfortable, clean and very well located. AC is controlled. Good luck!
Hello Hai Aun,
actually you asked this question to B&B Hotels Milano Central Station.
From hour hotel to Venice St. Lucia Station is ... 2h 31min ... in fact as we are near the central station is not so much but there are other hotels such as B&B Hotel Padova only 30min by train from Venice.
But we totally not suggest to take a taxi from Milan to Venice...
Have a nice day,
Best regards,
B&B Hotels
