Hi. I took the train. It was into Milan Centrale and then to Stresa. I noticed signs in Stresa for a direct bus but already had my train tickets so never found out about it. The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk from the train... More

Walk to town is flat. There is a short inclined section up to the hotel - closest to the ground floor entrance- then a convenient elevator up to reception and rooms.
