We stayed with friends for 3 nights and was upgraded to a lake view on the 2nd floor. We had a room next door to each other which was nice, the rooms looked newly refurbished, the shower was great and the view was amazing! Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, just a shame you couldn't make...

We booked this reservation more than a year ago. I saw a picture of a room I really wanted to stay in and contacted the hotel. they said the room number was 508. Sara Colongo, one of the hotel staff helped us with the reservation. A year later, Sara was still there confirming our reservation. We arrived at the hotel...

We love the Sky bar, just the place to enjoy your Aperol Spritz. The pools on the roof and by the lake are a bonus. Room well appointed clean and quiet. Only draw back large parties of garrulous American pensioners filling the comfortable lobby bar and lounge area with high volume demands and badgering of staff. Vast selection at breakfast....

The sky bar vistas/views are amazing. Great picture opportunities-no doubt. This is the best part of this hotel hands down & I would've given a 5 rating. However if you are simple looking for pictures then visit the skybar. The rooms & service staff were decent/acceptable. However, the front office reception staff personnel were beyond rude & condescending. Upon our...

We stayed here for 4 nights during April 2017. We had a corner room on the 4th floor - magnificent views - well worth the extra money. Well appointed room, but could do with more space to store clothes. Only drawback was the shower leaked, although the pressure was great and all parts of the bathroom, bedroom and hotel generally...

This hotel is a real treat. The staff are very friendly and efficient. There are some lovely touches which are apparent arrival, bowls of sweet smelling roses are arranged beautifully around the reception area. The dining room is positioned so that you have a view of the lake from most tables. The rooms are quite spacious, were absolutely spotless and...

Thanks to a tip from another TripAdvisor reviewer, I negotiated specifically for room 508. This is a Junior Suite on the northeast corner of the building with a wrap-around terrace with beautiful views of the lake. The room is spacious, with huge bed and sofa and chairs and desk. There are sliding glass doors to the terrace. The bathroom is...

Be warned that although this hotel advertises air conditioning they refuse to switch it on at certain times of the year. We stayed in May and a number of the nights were very warm. I opened the balcony doors however as the hotel is on a busy road this made for a very poor sleep. We had a deluxe room...

We stayed here recently to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a great time. It is a beautiful hotel, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable, however, they do not feature tea/coffee making facilities. This was a shame but would not stop me from visiting again. There is a large dining room (which we only...

My wife and I stayed here recently for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. So we picked one of the junior suite rooms with the lake view, which was gorgeous, the bathroom was massive and included a whirlpool bath (we couldn't get it to work but we're more shower people anyway). The rooftop pool and bar offer fabulous views...
