Around Como there seems to be a massive gap between super expensive amazing hotels and really old run down hotels with little in the middle. This boutique hotel has real charm but is actually very nice and new. The staff were very good and overall it was a great stay. I'll definitely be back.

Borgo Antico is a short walk from the railway station and a little longer flat walk to the ferry terminal. The staff were very helpful and friendly with advice as to where to go in the old town. The room was clean and spacious with excellent appointments. The bathroom was huge and very modern. Both room and bathroom serviced daily...

Well located, close to the railway station and a few minutes walk to the old town. The hotel is in a small side street and easy to find on foot from the station. It looks as if the hotel was renovated recently and the work was done to a high standard. On check in the receptionist was friendly and quick...

It is very short walking distance from city-center/old town.Parking is available with 16euros for parking house but we used the normal parking meters outside the hotel - it was only 1 eur per hour. Since it is free from 7PM to...

Living in Switzerland makes weekend trip in Como possible whenever a dose of Italian lifestyle and cuisine is to order. Whenever I come to Como, I make a point to stay at the Borgo Antico Hotel. It is very conveniently located near the main train station, or equally near the lake where a stroll is along the waterfront is a...

The rooms are very clean and charming. Nice breakfast available included in the room rate. Staff were very helpful. Highlight of...

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 15 minute walk from the centre of Como and the lake. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with the best shower I've ever seen in a hotel, including those with more stars than...

It's a small hotel near train station. Only about 10 mins walk to the lake side area. Size is good. I stayed on ground floor with a small terrace. Very simple and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is included and are good though.
