We were expecting a lot less for the reasonable price we paid and were very impressed with what we got. The lake view room was amazing. So picturesque. Would stay here again. We paid double what we paid at some other hotels and weren't nearly as impressed with our rooms as we were at hotel bellagio.

We found the staff helpful with excellent English. We were given advice on local towns to visit & avoid. The entire hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental buffet with good choices available. The hotel does not have its own parking but public parking was available a short distance away for 1 euro per hour. Free parking between 8pm - 8am....

We only stayed for one night, but wish we would have stayed longer. We were given an upgrade to a room with a lake view, which was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was average. The only real negative thing that I can think of is that the WiFi...

Our room offered a floor to ceiling french window with a good view of Lake Como. It was an amazing experience to wake up in the morning to this wonderful view, and seeing the sunrays crept across the lake and lit up the surrounding mountains. Views aside, our room and bathroom were clean, service friendly, the breakfast spread good (if...

We stayed in Bellagio for one night enroute to Venice. The hotel is behind the front row of hotels on the waterfront so there is a set of steps to negotiate to the hotel entrance. There is parking out the front (for a fee) but we got a free park about 50m away. Service was excellent, the guy on the...

We shifted here on short notice when we decided to stay an extra two days in Bellagio but the Hotel Florence was fully booked. Yes, it's a bit of a hike up the stairway, but it was worth it. Unfortunately, the hotel had no lake-view rooms left, but that was OK. It deserves at least one more star to add...

Great hotel all round ! Ok finding it can be a bit of adventure but apart from that great location great staff all helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and the rooms ... Every thing in Europe is smaller then what kiwis and Aussies are used to but here you get a fantastic room and we were lucky to get amazing...

We moved to this hotel from a hotel near Lecco because the location was far far nicer. The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast adequate and the staff very very helpful. One minus point - why do Italian hotels never have tea and coffee making facilities. Location is brilliant, just off the promenade ... Literally,.. Up one of the...

We ferried over from Cadenabbia and once in Bellagio we were lost for at least one hour plus. Driving Instructions: When you get off the ferry stay left and go through the two columns then go up to the top of the hill then make an immediate left. You will see a very narrow road and a mob of people....

Just back from a short break on Lake Como where we stayed at the Hotel Bellagio for three nights. On arrival the extremely friendly staff offered us an upgrade to room 402 as it was available for the three nights we were there. This room is on the top floor and has an uninterrupted view of the lake....the view is...
