i chose to stay at Villa Rina after reading all the reviews. I expected to be disillusioned. Instead I was blown away. Sabrina is a delightful inobtrusive but thoroughly attentive hostess. Who will help in any way she can.. I was staying for two weeks so it could have become tedious. The bedroom was charming and the bathroom modern and...

This is a beautiful Liberty-style home just below Citta Alta on a large property. AND there is secure on site parking if you are brave enough to drive a car in Bergamo! Sabrina is a great hostess. The common area is very spacious and the views are great. But you can go out onto the terraces, one of which is...

When I have returned home, just then I read review from other travelers. I can responsibly say - EVERYTHING WHAT WAS WRITTEN ABOUT VILLA RINA - IS TRUE !! For Mrs. Sabrina every guest is VIP :)). She takes care of their guests before their arrival, on arrival and after their departure. Also I need to mark, that Villa Rina...

As the reviews say this is simply a stunning spot in beautiful Bergamo. On the way up to Citta Alta, the villa is perfectly located for public transport, or for just walking around the city walls, which back onto the garden. We virtually had the place to ourselves, and Sabrina was very flexible with our check out time the next...

Excellent and recommendable. If you're flying in to Bergamo or arriving by train the airport bus and the Citta Alta (upper city) bus from the station pass it (get off at the stop immediately before the Porta Sant Agostino. The Accademia Carrara art gallery is a short walk away and the Upper City is only a 20 minute walk (uphill)...

Great B & B in a perfect location right by the wall of the Citta Alta. At the same time it is only 10 min walk to the newer part of town. The bus stop is just steps from the house and terasses is absolutely stunning. Good service with discretion and kindness, wifi and a good breakfast. If you want...

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Where to start? Perfect location - 10 min walk from Citta Alta, 2 min walk to the bus stop, closest supermarket 10 min walk. Beautiful views from the windows and roof terrace. The big living room and the kitchen for the guests' use, wifi but also a cable connection, car park...

The location perched between the Liberty-style upper town and the medieval old town can't be beat. Staring at the two skylines while you're drinking wine on the rooftop and the church bells are ringing is sure to be a highlight of your stay in Bergamo. The rooms themselves are something like a hip alpine lodge or a mountain refuge: lots...

What are the best things about this B & B: * The Location. It is just outside the wall of the old town of Bergamo above.but within an easy walk to the "newer town" below. * The View: It is located half-way up the hill on which the old town is located. From the living room and terrace of the...
