Fantastic location in Santa Margherita. Walking distance to everything here. Either take the bus, ferry or hire scooter to Portofino and Rapallo. Rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant next door, which is not known by the Hotel was excellent "Da Alfredo".

This hotel is lovely! The location is stunning and you wake in the morning to the sun rising over the bay. The restaurants are within a ten minute walk from the hotel making is so easy! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient! The roof terrace pool is relaxing and very welcome after a busy day sight seeing! The...

We stayed for 2 nights in September. Really poor welcome and the service was unfriendly and remained so throughout. I don't think one person smiled the entire stay! The room was basic but clean. Very small wardrobe space. We had a nice terrace so had a beautiful view outside to the marina. The pool area was pleasant and quiet -...

Spent 6 nights here in June in order to explore the Cinque Terre area and Portofino. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were delighted to be allocated a room with a balcony. The room was comfortable and clean and afforded a wonderful view over the harbour. Excellent location within easy reach of restaurants and railway station. Head to the...

Stayed 3 nights in September 2016. Outdated room, mould on bathroom ceiling, paint flaking on planters and terrace hasn't been scrubbed in months (so didn't go out barefoot). Gym and spa area advertised but separate charge of €15 for 45 mins. A shame as a tired hotel but in a good location with great views and friendly staff but for...

3 nites here in early Sept 2016. Very mixed feelings. Hotel is old & tho kept clean appears somewhat dingy compared to the TA room photo. First room had tub/shower combo with very high side so we changed to a room w/ a shower which turned out to be very cramped to use. No soap holder in shower. Spare towels...

Fantastic location, walkable to everything and we had a gorgeous view from the room balcony. Very clean bathroom but the queen bed was put together using 2 single beds which ended up being uncomfortable. The room could use a bit more lighting up, dark and gloomy and can use a renovation. We didn't think it was value for money, but...

Excellent service. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are super - power showers too. Great breakfast too. Swimming pool (smallish) is on the roof with sun beds and stunning views over the sea and town. It's in the perfect location as it's absolutely in the centre and you can walk anywhere from here. Car parking is 5 minutes walk...
