We stayed in this hotel for two nights and I'm sure that I don't want to come back, neither to the hotel and to the city. We went to La Spezia to go to Cinque Terre, that it is a wonderful place to go. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon and a girl that attender us barely could speaks English. The hotel is located on the second floor of an old building, in front of the Fish Market. The smell is disgusting. When we arrived, we wanted to pay, but the credit card machine was broken, also the wi-fi. So, we agreed to pay later. This is the last time that we saw an employee of this hotel. In the next day, there wasn't anybody to attend us on the reception desk and the wi-fi continued broken. We left in the morning to go to Cinque Terre and when we come back, the hotel was empty again. On our last day, we tried to find someone to pay the bill, but we couldn't find. We sent a message, tried to call, but nobody answer. For our lucky, we have an italian friend who got to speak italian with the owner and we realized that he didn't know about the wi-fi and the problem with credit card machine. To complete, when we woke up on our last day, we had breakfast in a place that has agreement, because the hotel is too small to have a place to serve breakfast. We tried to call a cab on this place, but the owner refused. He didn't want to call a cab for us. Nobody in this city speaks English, so if you don't know how to speak italian, you will be lost there. Several people were nice with us, but most of them didn't like us, probably because we didn't know how to speak Italian. If you want to go to Cinque Terre, don't stay in La Spezia!…
