This hotel is well located, a short walk from Ferrari Piazza. The room was comfortable, with window seats under the two windows, a large chest of drawers, a tiny fridge, plenty of hangers in the wardrobe and a large stool at the end of the bed. The décor was quirky with fringe hangings, a half-desk protruding from the wall and... More

This hotel is a very nice family hotel in the old city center of Genoa. The room we had was large, with airco. The bathroom was clean and nice decorated. The breakfast at the top floor was very good: fresh bread, fresh fruit, home baked cake and delicious cappuccino.

We just stayed for one night to visit Genoa. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff was also very friendly. What I liked the most was the top floor where you can have breakfast. You get a stunning view of the town! Breakfast itself was decent. It's also a family run hotel and that gives a special touch... More

Basic but comfortable accommodation in a very central location within Genova's historic area. Rooms are small but clean. Nice terrace for breakfast, public parking within walking distance (although not nearby), plenty of day and evening action in the area (including Colombo's birthplace 50 m away). Owners are very kind and helpful.

With my sister liiving just round the corner, this hotel seemed on paper to be a perfect location and how right we were to chose it! We had a wonderful spacious room on the front of this uniquely creatively decorated hotel. We loved the style. A real bonus was the lovely roof-top terrace for breakfast. The Colombo is very well... The location was fantastic, the room (and hotel in general) has been beautifully refurbished, and the staff were very friendly and helpful - including the resident dog! The breakfast terrace on the 6th floor offers a lovely start to the day too. It was our first visit to Genoa and we shall return!

Quaint old hotel in the backstreets of Genoa, but the owner manager if probably the rudest most inhospitable hotelier we have ever met. They forget who is the customer unfortunately and front desk staff not communicating with each other for any changes. A pity as the location is interesting. We will not return.

I've been here several time for business. It's very well located for tourism because it's in the heart of Genova. Recently I've also been here with my family and the staff was friendly. I do suggest to keep rooms overlooking via di Porta Soprana because are nicer. The rooms are different in shape and it's amazing to discover how is... More

When an hotel is furnished with love, there's no need of many stars. The owner says it's here "third son", and that's says it all. You wouldn't expect it from the outside. Also the morning breackfast makes the view of the nice nice, and you wouldn't expect it. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We had a delightful stay at this hotel over the New Year. The Hotel has a fantastic ovation right in the centre of Genova, easy walking distance from the sights, shops, bars, and restaurants. Each of the rooms is uniquely designed by the owner and full of nice eclectic touches. Breakfast is served on a rooftop terrace overlooking the roofs... More
