Shower was broken, back breaking bed but what can expect it's cheap and 1 star! The thing that got me is the neighbourhood! Rap music pounding till 5 am! Must be inside before dark. It's a gangster hangout outside. Hookers everywhere which is whatever it's the gangsters all around working the hooks! Literally stayed in room both nights once dark...

Personnel are friendly, the Wi-Fi is free and it works fine, the rooms are pretty essential but all you need here is a bed and a bathroom. It's located in the center of the city, nearby everything you want to visit. Nice place to crash on for a day or two!

The staff was nice, and rooms were clean. They change the towels only every third day.The main advantage of the hotel was its location, just view steps from Porto Antico. For those travelling by rental, the hotel has a special deal with nearby located parking in Porto Antico (17 EUR per 24 hours).

My friend and I arrived here and were quite shocked about the area we were in. Though very central and close to bakeries and supermarkets, the area was very seedy, with lots of men calling out to us in Italian as we walked with our suitcases to the hotel. There were also about four ladies selling their services out the...

My review is late as i have been here last year but they deserve the 5 star. just done my tripadvisor account. the location is very central and the staff are great. yes their location is in the district with hookers but i think it does add to the place and never felt threatened at all..is magic and everyone is...

A nice, cosy hotel with super-kind staff eager to help you and advice. Good breakfast. Perfect location - 30' walk from the railway station, 5' from the Aquarium. Specific atmosphere of narrow streets of Genoa may seem creepy, but I love it :-) . Do not expect luxurious conditions, the hotel is just fine.

The elderly gentleman who checked us in and also served us breakfast the next morning was polite. The breakfast was a croissant, a piece of salty focaccia, a mini yogurt and tea or coffee and juice (not freshly squeezed) - but the breakfast is just €2.50 so can't really complain. The heater in the room could not be turned on....

The location is in the historical center of Genova. Reception is open 24 hours. Staff is friendly and full of suggestions how to experience the city. It is the in the middle of the "caruggi" where the prostitutes work 24 hours a day and the area is full of immigrants. It could be noisy at night. If you can accept...
