We recently enjoyed a three night stay at the Grand Hotel. It is extremely convenient just outside the main railway station. We had a very nice room, no complaints or problems. The service at the front desk was fine and gave us plenty of good advice. We ate in the restaurant on two nights of our three night stay. It...

Stayed at the Grand Savoia over the Easter weekend. This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. Perfect location for the main train station and just a 10 min walk to the port or historical centre. We booked a classic room, which was small but adequate and comfortable. Large comfortable bed, very clean and nice bathroom with one...

We booked into the Continental next door, an older place but we pleased to be offered an upgrade to its sister hotel, the Savoia. Our classic room was beautiful and although we didn't have a view as such,we were delighted by the charm of this hotel. The rooftop area with jacuzzi and sun beds was perfect in the middle of...

This was a return visit to the Grand Hotel Savoia in Genova. Once again I enjoyed their comfortable room and fabulous buffet breakfast. The hotel is directly across from Stazione Principe so it is very convenient for travelers with luggage and a train to catch. The location also is a good starting point for walking explorations into the old city....

This hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the train station. No need for a taxi. The lobby, restaurant and bar area are beautiful. We stayed in a room on a high floor with beautiful views out towards the sea. Great location to walk to all the essential sights. Restaurant was really good and loved sitting out on the deck...

We booked Savoia for a night and we loved the room. Classy furniture and interiors. Free high quality toiletries, beautiful 🛀🏻 and all other bathroom equipments. Unfortunately, we booked in last minute and we didn't have the chance to have a room with a view, but we enjoyed our stay same way. Staff was extremely polite, from the doorman to...

I spent months to prepare my Genova trap and I finally choose to stay here depends on travel advice. The hotels location is good you can easily walk to the aquarium in 10-15mins which is nice. But the hotel room is too small like a stay in a jail just doesn't seems like a 5star hotel and over priced. Too...

Great location meters from Principe Station. 15 minutes walk to the port and centre. All of the staff were helpful and charming. This is a traditional hotel, not super modern, but the rooms are comfortable and on the few occasions we needed something (eg a corksrew) the response was almost instantaneous. Highly recommended.

Stayed for just over a week - the hotel has friendly staff, is very clean and the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Highly recommend it. Great value. Perfect location, right across the street from Piazza Principe station.

hotel has good location , clean and has its own charm . Vibe are poor, rooms smaller than you ever expected in a 5 star hotel, quality of sleep poor as we kept hearing and feeling the trains in and out the station . Staff are not welcoming at all . poor stay in general.
