Excellent location and good rooms. However, we found the maid in our room when we returned to drop off some items after checking in earlier that afternoon. Fortunately, the safe in the room worked flawlessly.

Centrally located, we walked throughout the main part of the city. NIce free continental breakfast. Resonable rates. Room modern though on the small side. I would stay there again and recommend it.

This hotel is within walking distance to everything except you need a taxi from the train station. It is tucked away in a little side street so is relatively quiet. They advertise air conditioning but they do not turn it on until June so there was no air conditioning in May when we stayed. This was sort a problem as...

Friendly staff, but no one had noticed my BD :( First of all, we had some touble in finding the place, because our GPS was always trying to make us turn left, though there wasnt any street, and then again and again... Finally we found the location only thanks to the street sign. Very narrow streets - after my Moscow...

This was a great tip from my Italian teacher. The location couldn't be better near the Piazza Ferrari, the old town, and shopping. The rooms were large for a city hotel. Wooden floors and a personalized touch with bath amenities. Our room had a window facing an alley which made it a little dark. Breakfast was not bad. Service was...

i dont understand how this hotel has gotten such good reviews on trip advisor it was clean and in a good location and staff were very helpful, but overall the hotel was pretty old and run down and rooms were really small. i would not rate this a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

The hotel is not so easy to find. But it is a very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are also very clean. It's not perfect with kids.

We had seen a room in this hotel many years ago, but found it too small and dark. However, we have always been intrigued--its location is perfect (on a small street just minutes away from the main piazza, the opera house, the Palazzo Ducale (which has an excellent small restaurant with moderate price called Di Sopra which we are attached...

This hotel had a fantastic location -- easy walking distance to the port, restaurants, and other attractions. The only problem we encountered was with the breakfast, which was extremely crowded the first day we went. The second day we made sure to get to breakfast earlier and did not encounter the same problems -- harried staff, trouble finding seating, and...
