Cinque Terra was a great place to visit. We stayed in vernazza which was wonderful but for the price - and since we were hiking the trail - it might have been better for us to stay in a larger town and make vernazza a stop. The apartment was nice but no fans and no AC so it was hot

Manuela met us at the train station and insisted on carrying my bag up many steps to the Pink Room. The location was great--overlooking the piazza and within easy reach of trail heads for hiking. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Towels were adequate though not thick. It took us a bit... More

It is really sad to write such a poor review but we have never been treated as badly as we were by Manuela. We had a confirmed reservation for one night in September in Manuela’s Camera Rosa room. We had stayed the prior two nights at another place in Vernazza-the owner and Manuela know each other. The morning we were... More

Our group of 6 adults stayed in the flat and the 2 bedroom apartment. Manuela met us at under the railroad station then walked us to the apartment. The apartment and the flat were very clean and newly decorated since the flood of 2011. It's amazing how the town has made such a great recovery from the devastation of the... More

I stayed in one room with my husband (in the center of the town) and it was a clean standard room. We didn't have enough hot water the first day for both of us to shower right after each other, but if you spaced them out it was okay. Since the apartment is in the center of the town you... More

We took a two bedroom apartment. We loved the apartment. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. We had a little kitchen which was fully equipped so we could prepare some light food. Our apartment was located on the second floor so it was quite a climb especially with our luggage. Vernazza is so beautiful. I would definitely consider staying... More

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights in September 2012. We were met at the train station and escorted to the apartment at Via Gavino. The apartment was located at the uphill end of the town and right next to a great restaurant with a very friendly owner, great breakfast and dinners. The apartment was also in a... More

My Wife and I along with another couple stayed in two of Manuela's Apartments and really enjoyed it. You have to get used to walking up a few steps to get down into and back up from the main street of Vernazza but the Cinque Terre is special for its hiking anyways. It was a quaint place to stay with... More

We spent 3 nights in May 2011 at one of Manuela's apartments. Manuela was very pleasant and kindly met us at the train station to take us to the apartment. Very steep steps but we were starting to get use to all the Italian steps !! Great location close to the main square & it had an outside clothes line... More

“Either of these rooms is fine for a couple. We were not looking for luxury accommodation or a spa. We enjoyed being in the middle of the village and in the middle of the sections of the Cinque Terre trails open for hiking this summer.”
