The Manarola hostel is at the top of a big hill in Manarola, and the opening hours are limited. Maybe this should be indicated on their business cards. I guess the price is relatively cheap compared to other places there. I always appreciate a smile...More

This hostel is beautifully positioned as is its partner hostel in Porto Venere. However, the management is appalling. You may book for one hostel but can be shifted to the other at very short notice and the reason why will change every time you ask....More

There is a smell in the bathroom, the breakfast is poor, there is nowhere to get drinking water, the dorms which are advertised as single-sex are mixed, the wifi is so slow it almost doesn't work. This place is simply not a pleasant place to...More

They cancelled the same day of my reservation and moved me to other hostel in portovenere. It's not easy going to cinque Terra and it hasn't the same facilities. They changed my plan and I lost one day for they fault.
