I stayed in this hotel during a short business trip, and I chose it for its pretty good location and its reasonable price. However, during the stay I had quite a few surprises. First of all, when I entered the room it was quite smelly, and the smell seems to have come from the bathroom. Luckily the weather allowed me...

Stayed for 5 nights at this hotel where I stayede a few years ago already, in the time since they have upgraded the bathrooms in the rooms which is a nice improvement. The rooms are spacious and clean with friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It is also very conveniently located near the train station which makes it ideal if...

Stayed here 4 nights in October. Good price quality ratio. Not the Ritz but of its type very good. Clean, good sized room with fridge ,kettle, good bathroom and reasonable breakfast. Staff at reception helpful. A few minutes walk to bus and train stations. Would stay here again.

Great location, Friendly staff, modern rooms and breakfast restaurant, lift a little inconvenient as it has been retro fitted to old hotel and services each half floor making some stair travel inevitable.

We stayed one night before flying from Trieste airport, and it's very conveniently located for the train and bus stations. Typical 19th century building in a busy street, about ten minutes' walk from the centre. Our room was a strange shape but spacious, with a large comfy bed, sofa, desks, safe, fridge and kettle. Smart new looking bathroom. Breakfast was...

Price-value is great , excellent breakfast, good location with parking option, practical and good size family room, compact but clean and practical bathroom. Excellent choice for a few nights in the city. The best ice cream shop one minute from the hotel ( opposite side of the road)

We used the hotel for an overnight stop in ort holiday trip. The personnel in the reception was kind and helpful. We have been directed to a different building, just across the street, with good amenities, but an annoying bell on the elevator. The breakfast was served in the hotel, on a rooftop location. Downtown is in walking distance(10 minutes).

We arrived late, and we have been hosted in another building. The room was very good and clean. Also, the staff was great, and the buffet breakfast was OK. The old elevator has a strong sound, when the doors are opened. If you have a room close to it, it may be disturbing. The general impression was good.

I was unexpectedly stuck in Trieste, so this was a last minute booking. This place appeared to be older with updated amenities. The elevator was as slow as it could be and stops between floors. So if you have a lot of luggage, like me, it sucks having to lug them up stairs. Otherwise, pretty standard hotel room. Bed, bathroom,...
