Very friendly front desk staff. Located right in the heart of Triest. Valet parking available. Old European style. Feels like the good old times. Nice room with enough space. Hotel features one of the best restaurants in town. If in Triest, we would certainly stay there again.

Duchi is a small hotel, and one of the oldest of Italy. The friendliness of the staff is really good. Rooms are not so big, but are really clean. Ask for a good view, because not all the rooms have this. The restaurant below is also really good. This is a must try! Duchi hotel is quite expensive, but it's...

My family (my wife and 10 year old) loved this hotel on our just-concluded weekend in Trieste. The draw was the fact that it was centrally located with parking nearby and had an indoor pool!! (They call it a thermarium) We stayed in a junior suite (Horatio Nelson) and found the room quite spacious and comfortable for all three of...

I have just returned from four nights at this hotel; I was in Trieste for a friends wedding but wanted a few extra days for sightseeing. I had a very comfortable single room with a good sized bathroom with shower and bath. The windows are double glazed and cut out any sound from the square. The staff were very helpful...

I stayed here on a group holiday; my room was small but comfortable and attractive with a good bathroom (shower only). Breakfast was good and dinner excellent. The hotel was perfectly located and the staff were helpful.

Dated, somewhat compact rooms are more than offset by a great location, outstanding attentive staff, fine restaurant and a lobby with great convening power. During a one week stay, my colleagues and I spent many hours of discussion in the cozy human-scale rooms that make up the ground floor of what is essentially a boutique rather than grand hotel. The...

It's difficult to beat the location of this hotel directly on the Piazza Unita d'Italia. I spent 8 nights here, so was delighted to learn that I had been allocated a suite. That delight was short-lived when I opened the bedroom door (I think the fact that they squeezed a sofa against the wall was the reason that it 'qualified'...

This is a quintessential European hotel of the old style but has all the modern conveniences that we expect. The staff is extremely helpful and the location in the centre of Trieste makes it easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.
