Lovely hotel, lovely staff and the owner was such a lovely women and very caring, towards her guests and staff, great breakfast, would stay again. Restaurant was closed due to the time of year, however was given a 10% voucher to be used in another restaurant, which was also very good.
We tried to resolve this with the hotel, but weren’t heard. Upon arrival it was made clear that many of the services advertised are not available: restaurant closed, spa closed, no entertainment, not even possible to buy a coffee or soda during the day. They ended up willing to order lunch for us (€5 fee) which was then dumped on a table in a paper box, not even cutlery or a cup. Website States “parking available reservation needed” but it’s not possible to reserve parking & it wasn’t available. So we had to street-park, leading to stress about finding a spot whenever we used the car. Service at breakfast is terrible, tables are not cleared, sometimes took more than 30min to receive a cup of coffee. Maintenance equipment was left in the room upon arrival. The room only had 2 power outlets, neither of which where close to the bed. Rude guy at front desk, he even ignored us and purposely spoke in Italian when he knew we didn’t and we knew he was perfectly capable of speaking English. On the day before we left we asked the reception if we could have breakfast at 07:15am to catch our flight. “No problem” we were told. Upon arrival at the restaurant we were rudely sent away and told that breakfast wasn’t open yet. Heavily Disappointed with this stay. Wouldn’t recommend…
Liked · Breakfast and coffee / garden seating area Staff Clean rooms Location Disliked · This hotel looks very different in the pictures. The rooms are TINY and old fashioned , we got “upgraded”And were excited but the room was still so small, barely space to move in front of the bed. The pool area is a joke, has only 8 sun beds ( hotel has over 50 rooms) and is tiny. There is a “life guard” on watch but he is on his phone the whole time and let’s teenagers bomb in the pool which soaked my clothes and mobile phone. The spa is also ridiculous, sauna/ steam and pool are tiny and cost is €16 per person for just 1 hour!!!!! We extended our stay in Rimini and checked into a much better hotel for similar price
It is medium size hotel nearly at the beach of Rimini. We came to Rimini for business trip so the expectations were moderate. This hotel meets all basic needs and it has very good massage. The breakfast was very poor, except for the fresh juices there was nothing else that made me remember it. The beach in November is completely deserted, but great place to run and swim.
Keep in mind these two names: Maximiliano and Domenico. We live in an era in which artificial intelligence, apps, and virtual or mechanical robots replace multiple human functions. You book a hotel without seeing a person, but then the moment of the truth is there. You arrive at the hotel reception. And now you need someone to understand your needs, to help you in feeling at home. If you stay at the Milton they will deliver the humanity, the empathy, and the sympathy you need. So far in the 21st century, nothing replaces their caring attention. Well done, guys! Keep beating the machines!!
