Outstanding service and facilities. The staff was very attentive, courteous, pleasant and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The restaurant, food and service, was marvelous. The rooms are ample, well lit and offer great views of the see. Yes, I'll definitely be back
In this modern hotel, you will find beautiful rooms, a super pool-area and a lovely staff. The restaurant serves excellent food at an affordable price. Also, due to the covid-19 measurements, the concept of the breakfast has changed, but if you ask me, it is better then a buffet!. A lot of choices, healthy and plenty!. We will come back next year in september.
The hotel per se is lovely. However, everything else is not: the staff, particularly a boy "responsible for customer care/reception" seem to be trainees, rather than professionals. Not worthy of a five-star hotel. Moreover, there is plenty of odd confusion regarding "front sea-view" rooms vs "lateral sea view". They cost the same, and you are "randomly" allocated either class. This is insane, as it is not just the obvious difference in view to matter the most. Rather, it is the noise level! The hotel is between two main roads, of which the back one is by far the noisiest. If you get a lateral room, it is impossible to sleep with an open window. This is not the case with a front sea room. They should much better specify which kind of room you will be allocated upon booking, and the price should of course NOT be the same! Another issue is the garage: it is permanently full in the Summer and you will have to leave your car key at reception, so that they can move cars around as needed. If yours is big (an SUV for example) though luck! It will be parked in front of other cars thereby blocking them and will be moved around to let others exit/enter. Overall, NOT a five-star experience at all.…
The hotel is due for a renovation but we still found it comfortable and suitable for our needs. It’s across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and stores. Staff members are friendly, professional, and do their best with what they have to work with. Our room had a balcony and was well appointed. Except for the TV in the ceiling, this would be a great place for families. They will enjoy the pool and breakfast buffet.
Excellent stay for our 1st time in Rimini. We actually had booked at another hotel, a few doors away. It was not as promised by the pictures. We then moved down the street to the I suites. Best decision made. We were greeted by Gulia at reception who showed us the available options. Very professional, attentive and super friendly. Entire staff were happy and approachable. We will stay there again when in the area. Ciao
