Highly recommendable: Daniela is great person, as well as her young daughter, intelligent, sweet and very helpful, besides being a great hostess. Walking distance from the train station in Ravenna. She lent me her bike and I had a great time biking around the city. Thanks!

We only stayed here for five days and we really should have planned to stay longer. This certainly is a hidden gem, as described by others! The beautiful old building has been beautifully and lovingly restored into a top class B&B. Daniela and Mauro are the perfect hosts and see to everything. Our room overlooked a pretty courtyard, was perfectly...

We spent two weeks in Ravenna and stayed at the B&B and have nothing but positive things to say. We would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging in this beautiful city. Pros: only a couple of blocks from city square, Dante's tomb, etc. the place is beautiful and very clean and Daniela is a terrific and friendly host. Cons:...

This hidden gem in the centre of Ravenna, close to the Dante Museum, is sited in a glorious old house with spacious rooms filled with wonderful furniture and has a lift to take you up,to your room. Our apartment, Vivaldi, was extremely spacious and comfortable, with separate dressing room and bathroom. It overlooked an inner courtyard. There was an area...

My family stayed at B&B Al Teatro while a couple of us took mosaic classes nearby. The building is really quite beautiful, and well located. My brother's family stayed in the upstairs suite, with 2 rooms and a private terrace; my mother and I shared a room on the second floor. There is a nice kitchenette on the third floor...

Only reason this didn't get 5 stars is the apartment backs up to a parking lot and it was a bit loud in the evenings. But totally acceptable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Daniella, the owner (a ringer for Emily Mortimer by the way) was so wonderful. I had an issue at the Post Office and called...

If we returned to Ravenna, it might be more for B&B Teatro than the mosaics. It is an elegant but very comfortable place with only three rooms. The common areas are rich in antiques, books, and artwork. There is also a courtyard where the free loaner bikes are stored. The breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. We arrived after...

It was such a pleasure to stay in this B&B. All is just perfect - the so well designed house, friendly atmosphere and the rich breakfast. Rooms are very big and clean. Enjoyed the art exhibition in the lobby/living room so much.

Great location. Superior, friendly service and exceptional breakfasts. Large, comfortable and modern rooms. Al Teatro is hosted by the warm and cultured Daniela who has created the perfect ambiance from which to explore the magic of Ravenna. You get so much more than an excellent B&B when you stay here. Daniela is so friendly and eager to share insider wisdom...
