The hotel is attractive, modern, clean and situated in a quiet area, so no problem from traffic noise. It is family run and both the owner and staff could not do enough to help in all our requests. The restaurant has a high standard of cuisine.

This is one of the finest hotel I have ever stayed. The lady receptionist was very cooperative and friendly. The staff were vere courteous and helpful. They really wanted your stay to be excellent and as a guest, I really felt welcomed. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good also. The server was just great. We really...

I have never seen owners like this. They were rude, cocky, obnoxious and considered themselves better than the customers. They do not know anything about customer service. The lade was a real sourpuss. no "good mornings" at breakfast to any customers. Employees were from Cuba, Peru and the Filipinos. Nice, polite but not professionals. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was bad....

I don't understand why the hotel is a 4 stars ! The staff is not able to support the client, it is impossible to use Internet connection, the room is very small, there is not a good service in the bathroom. The only thing in positive is not far from the city and the motorway.

Parma is a very small yet a pretty city in the north of Italy... The hotel is very pretty and clean but at least 90% of the staff seems like they just started working in a hotel. We had the "pleasure" to meet the owner of the hotel... a VERY DISRESPECTFUL WOMAN , who doesnt even now how to make...

I've stayed for about a week in this hotel.(with my wife) I liked the location (it's a very nice place near the county side) but not far away from the downtown of Parma (about 10 minutes by car), there's also a bus stop around the hotel and a very nice italian restaurant (the pizza was amazing). The rooms are very...

I really don't understand why the internet is not free in a 4 stars hotel. When i checked in they told me that they have no internet cards left so i couldn't connect to the internet at all. Anyways the food is fine. The room is clean. Center of Parma is like 10 minutes by car. And the price is...

The rooms are small, very clean and elegant, the breakfast is nice as well. They don't seem to have a business enter for the ocassional traveller whose labtop was stolen or is broken. That was the only thing I missed. They also have some very fancy electrical system where everything goes by using your hotel room key - can't turn...
