What could be better than that, after a long journey, arriving at the B&B where we meet Mrs Gianna, ready to offer us fresh water, to welcome us.
Total comfort in the rooms assigned to us with internal bathroom, air conditioning and dehumidifier, wide choice of herbal teas for evening relaxation, mini fridge for any purchases of snacks and drinks at very affordable prices, welcoming and silent environment with extreme order and cleanliness. Furthermore, the B&B has a well-equipped fitness room that can be used free of charge. But let's not forget that there is also internal parking. Added to all this is a rich buffet full of bread and homemade cakes made by Mrs. Gianna, to which is added extreme attention not only to the products chosen but also in fulfilling the various requests for additional freshly prepared snacks (scrambled eggs, coffee , cappuccino etc etc).
What else can I say...? Hurry up to get to know this magnificent place!!!

The owners are very friendly people, very helpful. The apartment is very clean and nice decorated, nice beds and bathroom. The breakfast is excellent with only fresh foods, juices and the owners baked all the pies themselves. Just perfect! Many thanks for our very pleasant stay.

Little to add to the review made a few years ago. Now the third year in a row that we have stayed here during our weekends at Modena Play.
Every year a guarantee: the kindness, friendliness and availability of Mrs. Gianna and the
Mr Giuliano make this place a certainty in our stays in Modena!
Clean rooms, with attention to the smallest details, welcoming and functional, seasoned with the extreme friendliness of the managers make this place simply perfect. We really struggle to find a flaw!
Last but not least, fabulous breakfast with a wide choice and lots of goodness!

Staying here is like staying at home. Environment with attention to detail. Gianna and Giuliano are perfect hosts, very kind and very helpful. As for the cakes, prepared every day by Gianna, you are spoiled for choice and the breakfast is truly top notch! The structure is in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the city. We will definitely be back!!!

On the outskirts of Modena, a quiet place, ideal for those traveling with dogs. Clean rooms and 5-star hotel breakfast. Mrs. Gianna is very hospitable and ready to give any advice, especially culinary ones.

We stayed at B&B Igea 50 only one night and we wish we would have stayed more!
The place is so beautiful, spotless clean, feels like a boutique hotel, but above everything - the warm and caring hospitality of Gianna rules it all - with a huge smile, caring, and warm heart, Gianna takes care for you as if you’re at your parents house,... the food was amazing and fresh, and everything was just worth coming back soon.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to Tuscany. This is a lovely B&B near the center of Modena. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The B&B is very lovely, clean and well done. There is gated parking in the rear, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is the best I have had at a B&B. Everything is homemade by Gianna and tastes wonderful. She was a great host who was very nice and wanting to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at B&B Igea 50 in September and loved our stay. Gianna and her husband are wonderful hosts. The rooms are clean, modern, lovely, and comfortable, and our bathroom was the nicest we've experienced at a B&B anywhere. Gianna puts an incredible spread together for breakfast that includes her own delicious baked cakes and cookies, and she stays with her guests over breakfast and introduces everyone. You can tell her heart belongs to Modena, and the historic center is beautiful. We had 2 fabulous meals on her recommendation. If you're traveling by car in Emilia Romagna, B&B Igea 50 & Modena are definitely worth at least a couple of days. I look forward to visiting again.
