If you stay for 1 night, then ok. Basic basic. Room big enough with single bed, wardrobe, small bed table and lamp. Owner is very rude (pity for such a young lad) with poor customer service skills and actually a bit arrogant. Doesn't listen to you. His luck is that this guesthouse is super central, 2 mins from Via Del...

We went to Bologna for one night very spontaneously. It was brilliant. Nice room, very clean with balcony and a beautiful view. Fair price & the service was brilliant. We got sms with links for everything we needed, parking, location. Raffaello was a great host and always available. Thumbs up ;)

OK, the location is fine, and so is the view. But the building looks imported from the DDR, the rooms are shabby, bathroom is shared. And for the breakfast you are sent away two block for one caffe and one brioche. Price for a double we had to pay: 160 euro!!! Totally out of range. Wouldn't even want to be...
