Beautiful town, warm people. The hotel is close to touristic attractions. You have comfort and the breakfast is good. I liked walking to see the town, it has a really good position, less than 10 min to Piazza Magiore. I enjoyed my visit, warm people as everywhere in Italy :)

We are seven friends who stayed for two nights in adjacent rooms, first impression, hotel outside a bit off putting but inside was a revelation shabby chic with a touch of nostalgia. Staff extremely kind and helpful for example cappuccinos made specially for some of our group. Loved the proximity to Via August with some of the best restaurants in Bologna....

As we walked down via dell Indipendenza we missed the street the hotel was on, because the name is different on the other side of the street. It is down a narrow alley. It was worth the walk. The hotel is small, but nice. Our room was clean and large. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot. The shower...

Stayed here before our flight back to the uk. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but once through the doors it is a beautiful place. The room we had was big and nicely decorated. Although just off a main shopping street it was lovely and peaceful.

We have stayed 3 nights in this hotel 2 weeks ago. It has a great location, 1 minute from Via dell' Indipendenza, 6 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and 10 minutes from railway station. We had a very quiet and large triple room (room nr. 3) with canal view. Giuseppe the owner is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and...

Quirky little hotel with hint of nostalgia. Hotel owner / manager was so delightful. Came down early on our last morning to get breakfast for us. Location in centre of everything, walking distance to railway.

I stayed for five nights in high summer and although it was extremely hot outside the air conditioning made the room comfortable. The hotel is central to the old city and shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to the station. Day trips to Venice and Ravenna were easy and enjoyable with short train rides. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and...

I would have liked to rate this hotel higher, as it was mostly good value. However, the temperature was hot outside and the air conditioner coulldn't cope, so for me sleep became difficult. Would stay here if contemplating a more temperate time of year

On this my second visit it will not be the last. The hotel has a wonderful feel about it, From my first visit to the next. Decorated with art items of past years. A gramophone that that works...even Kylie Monogue can be played on this I expect. The staff are great, rooms are done very well. Guiseppe is a great...
