On a vacation to Italy with my husband we booked a 1 bedroom apt with Residenza Ariosta for the affordable price and central location. We were immediately impressed with the space! Extremely clean, AC that worked great in living room and bedroom, super quiet due to its location on a side street just off the main drag, and an accommodating...

What a fabulous surprise! Residenza Ariosto was prefect for our weekend in Bologna - excellent value, fantastically positioned, absolutely spotless, light, comfortable and unexpectedly spacious, with a generous-sized bathroom and bedroom. The bed is large and comfortable, cupboard space is ample and the kitchen is really well-equipped. And the staff! Wow! They were truly impressive; warm, welcoming and amazingly helpful.

This apartment is wonderful. Beautifully spacious, airy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is also in a very central location on a lovely street. We enjoyed our couple of days here and the apartment enhanced our visit to Bologna immensely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Andrea met us at the agreed time, and helped with our cases. He talked...

This apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Bologna. The staff met us at the apartment for checkin! They were SO friendly, professional and informative, sharing with us the places they eat at and fun things to do/see! Communication prior to checkin was timely and informative. Having a rental car, we first thought we'd drive into the old...

Clean, well equipped basic apartment. It's in a great location five minutes stroll from Piazza Maggiore. Everything you need is here, it's not been styled it's more functional. Having previously stayed in hotels in Bologna I really enjoyed the accessibility and flexibility of this apartment. It was great value and Salvo was very helpful.

We stayed two nights and loved the appartment set in a historic old building so you looked like a local. The amenities were really good especially happy that it had a washing machine as we had been travelling for a few weeks. Will return and recommend to friends.

Our one-bedroom apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed for a two day stay. The Piazza Maggiore is 5 minutes away and there are excellent restaurants, shops and sights all around the apartment. The airport bus stop and railway station are both easy walking distance.

The room is very long and the WC/bathroom is one end and the bedroom the other. I found the wi fi poor. Very slow. There was no sense of design with the furniture looking like something thrown together. It was dark and with people in the place upstairs very noisy. BUT. It was a great place for one night. The...
