We spent two nights here on our visi to Bologna. After waiting for and negotiating parking on the Via Alessandro Codivilla and getting our 7.5 euro daily parking vouchers at the tobacco shop on Via San Mamolo, we checked into the B&B. Our room was a generous size and faced the Via San Mamolo. It had a sofa, dresser, wardrobe...

Good morning and thank you very much for your review. I really appreciate your kind words about our property . As for the individually wrapped breakfast, you shouldn't blame us but should instead put the blame on local regulations Family run B&Bs no longer can serve a cooked breakfast as they don't have a restaurant license. Therefore, for major tranquillity...

The Parkview B&B was my best stay in all of Italy. I am a retired artist and home designer. So staying in an authentic home which is cared for by the owner who loves her home was an experience I could not have at a tourist spot. There are fresco's on the ceiling, an elegant dining area & great breakfast,...

We stayed at Parkview for a week and can safely say that this was our best stay in Bologna in the past ten years that we have been coming for the Book Fair. Easy bus access, lovely room, wonderful breakfast but most of all, Marie's friendly hospitality made this a memorable stay.

I stayed at the Park View Bed and Breakfast for the first time earlier this year whilst attending an exhibition for business. With only a 10-15 minute walk into central Bologna, it is conveniently placed to experience all the city has to offer, with the added benefit of being in a residential area resulting in an authentic Italian experience. The...

I have been staying at Parkview for 2 weeks and these were two very happy weeks indeed. Initially I was looking for something cosy and authentic and finally Parkview was the right choice. Marvellous atmosphere created by both attention of the people working here and by beautiful interior will give you the possibility to see and understand real Italy. The...

We can definitely recommend this city haven having stayed there recently. Overall, we found the service at this accommodation to be very helpful, friendly and personal. There are 2 options to stay– either in the main B & B at the restored, period building facing the park or in the more modern self contained apartment, ‘la casa di Mattia’ nearby....

We have now stayed at this B&B each year for the past 3 years. We attend a trade show once a year in Bologna, and we find that the location is great - only 15 minute walk into the centre of Bologna, and you have the advantage of being in a residential area. We have always found the owners very...
