We stayed here for a week. Breakfast was very basic. Metro just around the corner so thats a plus. The shower needs some work. Our key got stuck and broke in the keyhole which was our own fault but we found it very unpleasant that they left us there with 3 italians that didnt speak englisch or french and charged us 366 for fixing the lock and got a little agressive when we asked for an invoice. Rome is a very beautiful place but dont accept a rose, a bracelet or sign a petition. They will demand your money.

We visited Rome for a family event and needed to stay close to our relatives who live in Rome. This B&B was found by them and our initial perception outside the building when we first arrived, was one of concern. As the building looked old and is a residential block. However when we went inside the B&B, on the third floor, we were really impressed. We are a family of four and had a large room which was very comfortable and extremely modern and clean and every little detail very well thought/designed. The breakfast was lovely and the staff who work there are extremely friendly and helpful.

A great choice for a 4 days city break in Rome. For us, the location was perfect: so close to the metro station, to the supermarket and some restaurants. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only unpleasant thing was the deformed matress in our room (the red one), but we were so tired from visiting the city that we slept anyway. I suggest they change it, but otherwise everything is just great! Marco was a perfect host.

The best part is the location, in the sense that it is next to a Metro station and for the price it is a good deal. The place is clean and the owners are really pleasant people to deal with and most helpful at all times. A point to note is that there is no signboard outside the place and so you need to go by the address to locate the place. Also, you need to inform the time of arrival so that they are available to let you in because the place is in an apartment complex, which is kept locked.

The room with jacuzzi is just amazing! Bed is super comfortable, nice style and so clean! Nice Italian breakfast and super friendly staff. During our short stay we had an amazing time in Rome - hotel is only 3 mins from metro station. A big 5!
