The location of this little B&B could not have been better - only three or four blocks from the Pantheon, and less than a 20 minute walk from the Vatican, Roman Forum, and Colosseum. It's on a quiet street - pedestrians only - in the Jewish Ghetto, and always felt peaceful after a long day sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable...

What a great find! Took a chance on this place and it worked out. Location couldn't be better for sightseeing and the rooms were wonderfully modern, yet they still retained some of the character of the original structure. Breakfast was small and self serve, but who cares, go down to Bernasconi for a cornetti and cappuccino later in the morning....

The most comfortable place in the center of the city. Located near my favorit piazza - Campo de Fiori. There is no need to take a transport for visiting the most turist places. Very nice and very clean room. There are very good breakfast and hot drinks during the day.

Staying in Ghetto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ghetto
The mini-neigbourhood Ghetto holds tight to its reputation as a stand-alone area thanks to its nearly 300-year history as the home to Rome’s Jewish community. Times changed in the 20th century, but the tiny area still retains its mix of tradition, community, and history. Ancient and medieval architectural design frames apartments, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Friends and families are the pulse of the neighbourhood, keeping company on the Via del Portico d’Ottavia. The Ghetto observes the traditional Jewish Shabbat: businesses close from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.
