We stayed here in June as a part of our European vacation. This was a beautifully kept hotel with a breathtaking Jew of the Spanish steps. Upon booking the hotel sets up a check in time. The hotel itself is on the fourth floor of the building. This was a little tricky for us. It was probably our fault as...

Excellent position! We had a window with a full view of Trinità dei Monti. The room was above average although not perfect. The staff was average and could have been better. The breakfast was.... absent and hence far below average :-)

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Overlooking the Spanish steps! A little noisy at night. Great place for young people, couples and families (without young babies that may get woken up). Clean and all utilities worked nicely. Would definitely stay there again!

I have never stayed so close to Piazza di Spagna - the atmosphere is just incredible. The hotel has very cosy rooms, extremely clean and comfortable, in spite of quite small dimensions.Breakfast is nice and complete and personnell is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again in this hotel when I ll be back to Rome!

This is the perfect spot to stay in Rome. The view from the room is worth every cent, and the plethora of shopping and restaurants is just an added bonus. It's close to most of the major sites, and the metro is a blocks walk away if you want something further. I will stay here every time I go to...

My only complaint regarding this property is that it took me over half an hour to find once I had arrived at the Spanish Steps (probably as much my fault, but there is no signage at all to indicate the hotels location or entrance + reception is on the 4th floor of the building) - having said all that, I...

It was 11 years ago when we first stayed here, At that time it was under another owner & management. It's familiarity with the setup, excellent location & wonderful experience that made us decide to stay here again on a recent visit. There are less than 10 rooms on the 4th floor of a building in the heart of Piazza...

Mother and daughter trip to Europe and we read all the great reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to book this hotel. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and like the staff was bending over to accommodate for us. Our flight got in at 8:00am and they had a room already ready. Location is perfect, you...

If you are looking for a quiet place in Rome in the middle of shopping, this is it. Great service! Rooms are small--- but you are near the Spanish Steps! Great staff! Look for the green door near Dolce Gabana.
