We stayed 4 nights in a private room. Excellent location, walking distance to colosseum and other tourist attractions. Very close to train station and various places to eat and get coffee. Room was sufficient for what we needed - clean, had a fridge, no air...More
The place is in a very good location close to the underground and the city center, the rooms were clean with quite enough space. The hostess, Agapi was very helpful. One morning that we left the room very early and the breakfast was not ready...More
The rooms are nice and clean, and very spacious, with a good set of in-room amenities. The mini-fridge was useful because Rome in summer is so hot (> 90F every day of my trip), I kept several large bottles of mineral water chilling in there...More
This B&B is a good location as it is close to a lot of major monuments! Super affordable and the rooms are just what you need on a budget! Agapi is also super nice. Gay friendly too! My Bf and I love it!

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
