Gulliver's Lodge was a great pivot point for our recent trip to Italy. We used their rooms as our stop over to catch trains from Rome's Termini Station. Great location and nice rooms. The service was excellent with good recommendations for where to go for food and sites, with helpful maps, as well as where we should avoid eating. Breakfast...

Three of us enjoyed 3 nights in Rome at Gulliver's Lodge. The room was very nice, and on the first floor!! The location was excellent being only a few blocks from the Roman Forum and Colisseum. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the air conditioning. The breakfast was not served in the B&B, but across the street...

This B&B is at a great location within walking distance of the Termini train station and the Colloseum. Mary was very helpful in providing a great map of Rome to us that had all of the major sites highlighted. She also recommended some fabulous restaurants near the B&B for dinner. The room was comfortable, came with wi-fi, and breakfast was...

The B&B was a great location for seeing ancient Rome and close to the Termini train station. We did not have any issues with street or room noise. The person who greeted us was very helpful with suggestions and had a map ready for us. This property doesn't have a reception desk that is attended and we did not realize...

We arrived in the afternoon and left early the following morning, but in that short time, we were very comfortable in a lovely, newly updated room with a small balcony and a view of the street below. Mary was very helpful in providing a good walking route to Trevi Fountain and a very nice restaurant in the area. This was...

This is an ideal place for a family of four. The room was good, neat and secure. Excellent location. Close to Termini and walking distance to Colosseum. Unfortunately the wi-fi connection wasn't great. Good advice from the host.

This great little B&B is just a 5 minute walk from Termini station, which is served every 30 mins by trains directly from Fuimicino, and a 3 minute walk from the Cavour metro stop. It is also ideally placed if you are especially interested in Ancient Rome as it is just a 10 minute steady walk to the Colosseum and...

We wanted a place for just 2 nights near Termini Station and this one was recommended by Rick Steeves and I can see why. Mary, the host, was most helpful both before our visit and during our stay. The location is 5 minutes from the Termini train station and 5 minutes the other way to the Collisseum and just blocks...

Mary was absolutely the most wonderful hostess of any place we stayed in Italy. She began emailing us weeks before our trip to give ups tips and updates. She spent over an hour with us on the first day orienting us to the city and the best places for dinner and shopping. Our room was beautiful, clean and modern with...

We stayed here based on Rick Steve's recommendation and tripadvisor reviews being so excellent. Some things are hit or miss. This was total miss for us. Why doesn't anyone mention when you flush the toilet that the water runs though the room waking up others who are sleeping. It was really loud. Noise from street was loud as well, but...
