This is a great hotel in a great location in Rome, although in my view a bit overpriced. Rooms are a bit small again for a buck you pay. Every nice area or attraction of Rome is literally is walking distance so this is very very convenient. We did not take taxi/public transport once. We have booked superior room, no...

We loved staying at Hotel Indigo St. George! The location was fantastic: on a beautiful, quiet, peaceful and classy street by the river and within walking distance to many attractions and fabulous restaurants. Our room was quite spacious and provided all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was lavish and our meals for lunch and dinner...

The Indigo hotel chain is my favorite, and try to use them whenever possible. This hotel was up to the Indigo standard. Hotel is ideally located for walking to the main tourist attractions. Not very far to walk to e.g, the Vatikan. The taxi from the airport struggled somewhat to get there, though, as streets were either closed or one...

Spent few days in Rome. The Indigo has a wonderful rooftop terrace and sports one of the best locations in Rome center, everything is in walking distance and we managed to walk literally kilometers with our two kids, 9 and 10. We can recommend the red hop on hop off bus with kids free with each paying adult, which was...

This is the second Indigo we have stayed in & found it be just as good as the last & the last was a hard act to follow. Rome Indigo was a fair bit dearer than the Helsinki Indigo but there was no difference in cleanliness, food quality or staff attention. The only let down for us was the room...

We recently spent two nights here. It is the only IHG brand hotel in the center of Rome now. The location is excellent - close to the Vatican, the Tiber, Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori. A 25 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and about the same to the Colosseum. We were upgraded to a superior room with a...

Lovely hotel that we'd have no hesitation recommending. Our accessible room had two bathrooms which makes showering so much easier. One small step at the front door but otherwise step-free. The welcome on arrival could not have been warmer. The reception area features a comfortable living room which is great for meeting friends pre-dinner. Didn't use the spa but it...

The Hotel Indigo(R) Rome - St. George is a 5 star luxury hotel located in Via Giulia right in the historic centre of Rome amidst galleries, boutiques and workshops. Our 5 star luxury hotel perfectly blends modern comforts with hints of our neighbourhood story, as the original travertine marble walls and the murals celebrating the area's long history of artistic expression. At I Sofà Bar Restaurant & Roof Terrace, which moves to the top floor of the hotel during summer, our chef Domenico Cassese handpicks seasonal ingredients and crafts farm-to-fork Roman recipes. Relax in our Roman bath including large whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath at our wellness centre.
