Hotel is suited near metro station and in a core of the city. Everything is accessible by foot in a few minutes. Staff is kind and always on the service. If you decide to use a breakfast it will be served in your room, since it doesn't have a restaurant within.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The room was spacious and romantic! It is an old building of course, but the room was always clean and the staff was more than helpful. We loved having our breakfast brought to our room. The location is the greatest asset, as it is just a few meters from piazza di spagna. We...

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night in September. It was in a great location, and reasonably priced for the area. The maintenance of the room, however, seemed to be lacking. Our air conditioner was blowing warmish air, and our towel bar fell off when hanging up our towel. The room smelled musty (not in a charming way), and...

We've stayed in other Roman neighborhoods and have a realistic expectation of prices, amenities, etc., in this expensive city. This Residenza was generally what we expected: great location, minimal services, quirky building, fairly expensive. We were not, however, expecting the rather depressing junior suite, which I believe was Room 305, referenced in another review (with pictures!). Not being the complaining...

We came for 4 days vacation in Rome. Staff was super nice, and surprisingly the rooms were really big! Location is key here - 3 minutes walk from the Spagna metro station (Spanish steps) and also a few minutes walk from Fontana di Trevi, Piazza del Popolo. Great value for money and even more! Will definitely come back to this...

Aged 71 years - visited Paris once. What can I recommend about this hotel - everything. Staff - superb. Breakfast -excellent. Location - magnificent. Shopping -where else could you gather so many 'designer' shops into such a small area of cobbled streets and virtually non-existent pavements.Wonderful cafe next door which fronted a sculptors paradise. So much beauty and splendour within a...

If you prefer having a room that feels more like your own Roman apartment than a room in a typical hotel, then this is the place for you. This charming little boutique "hotel" is really a collection of small apartments in a centuries old charming Roman building with its own interior courtyards and small gardens. The reception is in the...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canova Tadolini Luxury Rooms & Suites. Situated just a 2 minute walk from the Spanish steps and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions, the hotel is ideally located for sightseeing. Our room was immaculate, the décor was interesting and the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend...

We recently stayed as a family and found this to be a perfect place for our family of four. We have two teenage kids and the room was large enough to where we felt comfortable for our 4 nights and not crowded. We stayed in the junior suite in the building directly across the street from the actual hotel. The...
