Very nice rooms, perfect location and very friendly staff! The rooms are nicely decorated and extremely clean. The owner or host was very friendly and had some good suggestions for restaurants and sights. Would love to visit again.

Our two-night stay (Sept. 13-14, 2014) was a great experience. Not knowing where to book because we had never visited Rome before, we were fortunate to have taken our chance with La Mongolfiera. The location next to Piazza Navona is "fantastica", with a multitude of restaurants and cafés to choose from. Eugenio, the owner, is very personable and extremely focused...

Staying here is like staying at your own personal 5-star hotel. There was a mix-up when booking but the owner was quick to correct this. On arrival the service was exceptional. Cannot overstate how helpful everyone was despite the language barrier. Our room was modern, tasteful, of good size, light, bright - just great. Concerned about noise? Shut the windows...

Seriously, this is the place your last choice in Roma. I stay here for one night with the rate of about 96 euro, I don't think the room is worth its price. Still, it has some advantages, old town location makes it easy to walk to most of tourist attractions. Clean room but in a old building with an elevator...

Good Morning dear customer, we are sorry not to have made your stay in Rome unforgettable! Unfortunately, in an ancient palace in the center of Rome, it is unlikely that there is an elevator and we are sorry that she was too small. In addition, the outside of the building has just been renovated and expect, in short, to be...

We were here in August. fantastic location - walked everywhere; very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff that offered lots of suggestions for sightseeing and eating. No problems with internet or hot water. AC operated perfectly. The staff booked a driver to pick us up at the airport and deliver us to the hotel...would definitely recommend this option. The bar downstairs...

The elevator maybe small (fits 3 people max!), but it does the job. We arrived at the hotel around 8am. The receptionist greeted us just outside the hallway and was really friendly. On our way inside their small lounge the receptionist started speaking in a low, almost whispering tone of voice and advised us to respond back in the same...

So we stayed here on August 3, 2014. The owner will write a review saying we never stayed here. If you email me at vanessap1973@gmail.com. I will send you our receipt. So we arrived a hour early, and are room was not cleaned. The owner Eugene was frantically running around with his wife cleaning. They are so cheap, they don't...

Good morning Madam, I apologize for the delay in my response but I was out of Rome for work. Unfortunately, your stay in my hotel for a series of misunderstandings, it is not well done, and for that I apologize again. My intentions were not bad, but for organizational matters, it is not possible to check out later of 10...

Spotless and well appointed room and bathroom. Fresh and bright and views down to the busy street and piazza. A warm welcome and happy owner wishing to help in any way (Italian only). English speaking assistant at desk. We loved being right in the bustle of Piazza Navona and everything else is walkable. A very enjoyable stay in Rome.
