We stayed at Hotel Porta Pia with a group students for 2 weeks. We had an amazing time at this very cozy hotel. The service is excellent, I have never experienced a service to that extent before. It was very easy to get to all the sights from Via Messina, even walking back at night was possible. The staff was...

Great little hotel in a residential building, very cozy and nicely decorated. No loud tourist groups, it was very quiet. Extremely clean. The staff is super friendly and will help you with anything. Nice location, within a walking distance to tourist attraction (approx 30 min walk to Spanish Steps or Termini Station). Also well connected by public transportation. A lot...

On the fringe of the old roman wall (2 blocks) if you cross through the old roman gate (Porta Pia) you are in a very typical modern Roman neighborhood. Little charm in the neighborhood but excellent prices on restaurants and good selection of grocery stores. The hotel itself is 1 block from half a dozen bus lines all feeding into...

Nicely located hotel, just outside the city wall, in a very calm neighbourhood. The hotel is located in a residential building. The decoration is old fashioned, but the rooms are clean and the service is good. The hotel is small and is not filled by noisy tourist. There is some beautiful parks around, many typical restaurants, bars, shops, and a...

Personel in the hotel was extremely kind. We recieved every kind of help about the city. Rooms were clean. It is a little bit off the city but it is still easy to reach to city center by using public transportation. It is also easy to reach the hotel from the airport.

We arrived quite late at night and there was no one to let us in...we waited for an hour for someone to come and open the doors for us. Also, we were all charged a penalty for arriving so late (this was not mentioned on their T&Cs)! Room was ok but smelt of rotten eggs in the morning...bed and breakfast...

Only stayed here one night due to needing to be moved for a night. This hotel was appalling and would defiantly not book or visit here. This is far from a 3* hotel and is very very small. Very out dated and defiantly needs undated and redecorating! I wouldn't not recommend this hotel at all!

The rooms are big, very cosy, big and clean. Only negative - the pressure of the water in the bathroom was very low. The staff is super friendly and nice - they help you with any questions. The breakfast is not much, but enough. We found the hotel easily at night (we arrived there at midnight), it is close to...
