My husband and I stayed here for three nights, it is in a good location for visiting the Vatican, Basilica and the Sistine chapel. Short walk, maybe fifteen minutes, to the sightseeing tours bus stop. The buses stop at all of the attractions except the Vatican. Rome is a fantastic place to visit. Highly recommended. Now the b&b. ** BE... More

This was a great place to stay for a week in Rome. The location is fantastic. You are within minutes of all the best sites in Rome. The apartment was spacious and worked out really well for group. Alessandra was very helpful as well. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Rome.

Prati Vatican Apartment is an excellent place to stay while in Rome. Location is great as it's literally a 5-10 walk to St Peter's Basilica/The Vatican, there's tons of great restaurants, cafes and shops right out the front door, and there's a Metro Station just a few minutes away by walking so getting around the city is very easy. We had a great family city break in Rome staying in this spacious apartment in the Prati district of Rome. We booked through our local travel agent and it was reasonably priced. We had a very shaky start to our holiday because when we arrived at the apartment block no one answered the door bell to the apartment or the... More

It's a very nice cozy bed and breakfast...we stayed in the blue room.the decor was really warm and inviting..feels like you're staying over you're aunt's home for a vacation. The rate that we had was really good considering the close proximity to the vatican and to restaurants and the train. Every morning we get our breakfast cart outside our room... More

OK, space is very limited if you compare with hotel rooms in the US. But the room was very nice and comfortable, as well as the restroom. All clean, and the owner received me very well. You are really less than 10 blocks from the Vatican, 2 blocks from the subway. The only downfalls are that there might be some... More

My son and I enjoyed this property's location very much. We had quick access to food, shops, dining and a wonderful apartment hostess. Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“This is an apartment which can easily handle up to 5 people (2 couples + 1 single). Very good location. If you've got an early-morning flight, make prior arrangements for a taxi all the way to FCO as it's not convenient to take luggage on the subway for a subsequent connection at Termini Station for a bus to the airport; spend the money for a taxi all the way to the airport!”
