Surprising in Rome was a great spot for our few days in Rome. The owner was very flexible with our check in time due to our delayed flight and even booked us a car when our first reservation was missed due to the delay. The hotel is not fancy but comfortable and a great value. The location is a little...

Unfortunately, we can't recommend this place because it's far too loud and the bed is not comfortable. Also the shower curtain was old and stinky, the bathroom has no airoutflow. Positive: comfy bed sheets, nice furniture, nice hosts. Great location.

I've been to Rome for 3 nights with my boyfriend and we stayed in a double room in Surprising in Rome. We found this amazing offer which we couldn't believe it was true, as it sounded too convenient..but eventually it was true. The best thing about this b&b is definitely the strategic position: super central, two steps from everything literally...

Nice old building. Near to everything worthing to see. Bus stop and supermarket next to the entrance. The owner was very helpfull with giving info about the city It would be nice if there was a fridge, and maybe a tv in the room. The only problem with the bathroom door, it wasn't closing properly.

Nice, clean room with bath in an appartement (4th. floor - with elevator). The Hosts were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the street Corso Vittorio Emmanuele II. is very loud with a lot of ambulances going by, this is nevertheless disturbing even with closed Windows.

This private room has an excellent location - you can walk to most places of interest like Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and even Colosseum is just about 30 min. walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops (both chains and boutiques) nearby. To get to the Termini you need to take just one bus and the bus stop is...

Leonardo, the owner/landlord, greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us all the information about the property and area we needed (included a custom google map with recommended restaurants and shops!). He was extremely friendly and responsive whenever I had a question, which I could ask him via WhatsApp. He booked us a cab and let me print...
