It's in a good location but the room but very poor breakfast and very noisy as being in the main road.Language barrier with the land lady is a big hinderance. It's reasonable value for money, the shared bathroom is pathetic.

We recommend this accommodation. If you prefer visit the city centre and are you fine with the normal type of accommodation it is cheap for you. You have your own rome only three minutes of walking from Termini station and 30 minures of walking to Colloseum. You will get croisant with jam, juice, tea and Coffee. You will have share...

I really enjoy this place. It's a share room kinda accommodation. You have a common bathroom and a really spacious bedroom. There's an elevator to haul all of my luggages and the señora/ hostess is very friendly. Her English is limited, but she try her best to help you. I use google translate, so the communication would be easier. The...

Private room with shared bathroom. There is no common room if you want to hang out with fellow travellers. It's very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. They also gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and very nice cake for new year. It's next to the station and very safe place. Breakfast is in the room and very...

On arrival we where greeted by an Italian lady who's English was not very good (we knew no Italian either) she was lovely and took her time explaining everything to us, accommodation was great for what you pay, you are right in the city, everything you need is there (I.e kettle, hair dryer, free maps, a "European" breakfast and a...

Free breakfast was simple but nice. Would definitely stay again and I was very impressed with how much they gave for the low price. Rooms were...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
