We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and can call myself very pleased. - Excellent location! If you stay anywhere in Via del Corso or near it, you can go to all tourist locations in Rome by foot. - The staff is very lovely, private and helpful. We felt very welcomed :) - Rooms are super clean! - Breakfast...

It's a nice, intimate, old style flat-hotel with guest rooms. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean, comfortable and big enough to stay with baby also. The wifi is fast and stable and the staff is lovely and helpful.

Who wouldn't like to stay in the same building with the world known and respected Goethe? Central located (almost all sightseeing points and public transportation easily accessible), cozy, very discreet stuff, decent breakfast. Only disadvantage: you can hear your neighbors opening and closing their doors, but otherwise no sounds from inside their rooms or from the street outside.

Cleaned spotless everyday. 5* Arranged transfer for €70 But u cud easily get this from €30 upwards on ur own. Strange that wen we lost a phone in the transfer the hotel denied EVER sending the transfer sayin...

I spent just a night at this Residence conveniently located in Via del Corso; literally in the hearth of the shopping area just a few steps away from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. Welcome was warm and was clarified with all the rules; keys and amanities of the room. You may also choose to have breakfast but I...

First time in Rome, we stayed in this area on a friend's recommendation. The location couldn't have been better close to shopping, Metro, major sites, lots of large and small cafes and taxi stand. Nice larger than usual for Italy rooms, friendly staff, free wifi! Carlos and team were there to help whenever needed. Though somewhat limited on breakfast choices,...

Great location, large rooms, magic bathroom for Rome, friendly staff, normal breakfast. Sunny large windows with white curtain. But if you can not fall asleep to the sound of the street, ask the room to the yard. I do not know whether there are such rooms in the hotel, because street noise is not a problem for me. I liked...

Our family of four have stayed here four times now while visiting Rome. As the name suggests Residenza al Corso is somewhat distinguishable from a traditional hotel. It feels more like staying with friends than staying at a commercial hotel. Carlo and Mariella who manage the Residence are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are a delight - spacious, clean...

We stayed at Residenza al Corso for 5 nights end of May-beginning of June. The location was great - a lot of restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby (and also a metro station). The room was spacious and clean (loved the wooden furniture), and the shower perfectly good (there was also a bath). Not a lot of selection on breakfast, but...

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
