I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome. Good price, good service and very clean. Also close to the Vatican and Piazza Navona, walking distance from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and good accesS to metro and busses to get to the Colloseum, Trastevere, etc.

We had 3 adults and we stayed in the Pink Room. The accommodations were very comfortable. But the best part was the service and the location. First, this is located 1.5 blocks from a metro station, and 3 blocks from a bus hub. We got a week long metro pass and could hop on any bus or train and literally...

Booked this bed and breakfast for a 4 night stay in April 2016. This place is superb. All of the rooms are individually themed and have lots of character. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro stop and to the entrance of the Vatican is slightly further, but still a matter of minutes walking. The hosts were...

A friend and I were exploring cities in Europe and found Gli Artisti on Trip Advisor -We stayed in July 2015 for 4 nights and it was great for our use. The couple who run it, Marisol and Maria, are very friendly and have a good understanding of English so communication was good. The breakfast is great - there is...

We stayed at Gli Artisti in September 2015. It is very easy to get to on the metro from the train station. Our train was delayed and we arrived a lot later than we were expected to but the owner waited for us and welcomed us and was very nice. This is probably one of the nicest B&Bs we stayed...

Found this little B&B on this site and fell in love with the themed rooms. A block away from the metro with convenient laundromat around the corner. It is within walking distance to the Vatican and yet a jump on the metro to historical center. Alessandro was very welcoming and arranged our transport with Fabiano to and from the airport....

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
