Excellent location, 5 min from the main train station and 2 min away from the metro. Very friendly and competent staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Luxury SPA. Perfect quality/price ratio. What more? We'll come back for sure

They advertise a glamour experience and a wonderful spa etc. well the room was dirty and very small the bathroom had issues with the shower and the doors. The furniture has damages and the fabulous spa is basically a room turned into a Turkish bath and sauna with little spaces.. don't advertise things that you cannot deliver. The staff was...

Stayed with family for one night. Just 400 m from Termini station. Rooms were very spacious, but not modern and windows were less soundproof. Service was very good. We had to catch early morning flight. They packed box breakfast for us. We could book airport shuttle from reception at 60 Euro, which is a standard price for most of the...

Third time in Rome so we decided to stay somewhere closer to the Termini Roma as we were leaving to go on a cruise in two days time. The rooms were spacious old world style and were immaculately clean as well as being roomy with old style high ceilings, very tastefully decorated as well. The bathroom was clean and modern...

Really enjoyed this hotel. Perfect location next to the main train station termini which made it easy getting to and from the airport for us. And also walking distance to all attractions including Trevi fountain, colosseum, etc. The room was good size and comfy bed however it was two singles put together called a double. The only negative thing was...

I had to wait more than 30minutes due to delayed check in even though it was over 2 p.m. Room was clean and enough but far side of hotel. During the stay, I found more hotels near Termini station I will choose one of them next time.

I spent six nights here in December with my girlfriend. The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. Our room was in one of the upper floors, with a comfortable bed, TWO bathrooms (both with toilet and shower) and good space in general. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful- they carried our bags to our room, and the room was...

We stayed at this hotel for one night the day we got into Italy just to rest before we were off to Palermo the next day. This was a great location since we needed a hotel near Termini. It was exactly what we needed. However, I don't think we would have stayed at this hotel for more than a night.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
