I had booked Hotel Pichierri with a feeling that it would be close to the Termini. It was much further than what I thought it was - it wasn't walking distance at all. But thankfully, easily reachable by Bus, which was a plus. I stayed there for three nights across 2 different times - once for just a few house...

We state in Rome for 5 night, it was a pleasure. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us. The first night we state in a small room, but after they moved us in a larger one. The rooms are clean, have new furniture, refrigerator, hair dryer and free WiFi access. Every day they clean the room. The breakfast...

We arrived at the hotel at noon and our fisrt night while we were sleeping from a long travel from Las Vegas, USA , someone violated our privacy--someone went inside our room and stole our money and a lot of our stuff. Thank God my daughter woke up and prevented the guy from stealing more valuable items. I will never...

I would definitely not recommend staying at this establishment. The air conditioning did not work it our first room. We were moved, after we had been there for 3 nights to another room on another floor without our permission. This room was not adequate. None of the amenities that were list on hotel.com were there such as TV, fridge, or...

My boyfriend and I booked a 4 night stay and opted for this hotel mainly for its location and good price. It was by no means the greatest hotel we've stayed in but for £190 each including flights for 4 nights, we wouldnt have expected more and we had a great stay. The room was clean - but quite dated....

My wife and I booked this hotel for our final stop in Italy. We were looking for something nice, but not extravagent. We booked through another web site that showed pictures of a clean, modern looking room. The first thing that you should know is that this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It is an old office...

We booked a three night stay via Lastminute.com. The hotel bears no resemblance to the that depicted on the website. The room was clean but very basic. On arrival my DIY skills were tested when I had to afix the toilet seat to the pan. The air conditioning is none existant and considering the temperature reading in the centre rose...

I booked a 4 night hotel & flight package to this hotel in May 2007 through Lastminute.com, based largely on the positive reviews posted on this site. I spent a lot of time trawling through the Lastminute.com hotel options, comparing their reviews here and finally made my informed selection. I received a confirmation and pre-paid voucher from Lastminute.com clearly indicating...

We have just returned from a four night stay at the Hotel Pichierri. We had a lovely break and the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and modern and with a balcony. Basic breakfast but ok, it is a very good value hotel and we would definitely stay here...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
