When I first arrived the check in was very easy and went to my room, the window was wide open, I was on the 4th floor so wasn't a problem but then i could not shut or lock the window and also couldn't turn on the AC as the room was very warm. Spoke to reception and went out, got...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2017. It was our first time in Rome and the hotel was booked based largely on price rather than location. There were a few advantages and disadvantages which I have listed below based on our short stay. Advantages: Two bus stops to get into the centre or...

The staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate in English with the lady, on arrival, and another staff member understood us when we made an inquiry about a taxi problem, on showing the leaflet to him. The lady gave us a brochure about excursions and this is a good way to see the Vatican, Coliseum, and other...

We read the reviews so didn't expect too much and that's exactly what we got. If you want somewhere to just sleep this will do but it is NOT a for star hotel. Its dated and needs repairs and the breakfast was rubbish !!! My advice pay a little more and get some where closer to the center and the...

My friends booked this hotel for 3 nights and I think that was because of its price but considering the location of it and paying for taxi every day I would prefer to book somewhere else near the city centre the room was clean but very hot so I opened the window for all the night and the shower needs...

We booked this hotel because we were looking for a cheap accommodation for two nights. We got exactly what we expected from reading other reviews. The hotel is way outdated and would benefit from a profound refurbishment. I wouldn't even mind the old bedroom furniture and blankets or the AC that is either freezing cold or not working at all...

This hotel was lovely! Super friendly staff, good facilities. The restaurant was not that good but I would still recommend the hotel itself. It's super easy to get to the centre of Rome by bus and Metro (sounds like a pain but really is easy).
