Thr room was very clean and bathroom was clean and had updated facilities. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
When I had a problem with the television, the staff were very quick in addressing and fixing the issue. very good service, staff always friendly.

We take every complain seriously, but to warn everybody not stay in our hotel is really too much. I do understand that you are upset because you have been charged for a no show penalty.

Great location! Rooms are very small and old, but very clean...bathroom also clean. TV in room didn't work.! Breakfast ok. Staff is very helpful and that is big plus for hotel. Overall average hotel with good price.
It is across the road from the Termini so after catching the Leonardo express train , for 14 euros per person from Rome airport it was fantastic to then be able to walk there to the hotel
