Booked a last minute trip to Rome. Although the hotel was great and the breakfast was delicious.. the thing that made it so great was the manageress and her staff working on reception. Incredibly helpful and fun. Made the trip very memorable. Thank you! Chris & Dina (England) ✌🏼️

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived we recieved a lovely welcome from the receptionist who gave us our key, wifi details, breakfast information and a map detailing everything surrounding us. When getting to here from the termini Rome is exceptionally repetitive and you walk in circles 100% of the time...

Staying at the Hotel Cecil is like being Chris Cuomo, because you could swear that the world revolves around you. It's central nature means that destinations such as the Trevi Fountain are just a few strides away. There is also a metro station nearby. The hotel itself is clean and has friendly staff, our room was large and had a...

Loved the location of the hotel - walk to everything! The property itself was clean and perfect for our needs. The room was a little small - we had a twin room - but this is expected in Europe. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be back!

This was my second stay at Cecil. As always the staff were brilliant, very warm, welcoming, genuine and hospitable. Always standing to greet you and happy to help with luggage. Treated us as people rather than just customers. Our room was large, no view, but very quiet, clean and had a big bathroom. Small inconveniences we could live with: safe...

Perfect location - walking distance to tour buses and most sites; staff was extremely friendly and helpful; lovely breakfast including juices, eggs, meat, cheeses, pastries, jams, coffee, tea and chocolate. I was shown several rooms from which to choose; my room was small but nicely appointed, with a window facing the street; I felt very safe traveling by myself.

The Hotel proved to be very comfortable and had a very efficient and helpful staff whose mission was to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all. Rome is my "other" home. I'm a Sydney (Straya) gal through and through, but getting to the Eternal City once every year or two restores my soul and revives my mood and inspiration. There must be something in the water piped in through the aqueducts over the centuries! We've stayed at basically three hotels in Rome over the years, according...

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cecil for a week. It's central location allowed us to walk to practically every main attraction in Rome - the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the Vatican, the Colesseum, the Pantheon etc. The hotel is very comfortable. The bathroom in particular was spacious, well lit, with great mirrors and a raindrop shower head....
