It's really near to Termini Station and this is a plus, the quality is for a 3 star hotel, the rooms are clean but a bit old, medium size, really bad breakfast, we had breakfast at a bar downstairs. The room for breakfast was too...More
Nice location, termini station and metro is very near by. Many restaurants and supermarkets are in surrounding locations. No real fruit juice in breakfast, no coffee machine in room and room size is small. So, these are all thumps down. Otherwise good budget hotel if...More

Lovely, perfect for a little get away.
Though the breakfast could do with improvements, the bread is mostly stale and I think the meat gave me tummy problems.

Excellent breakfast, staff, and accommodations. My favorite thing was the cage elevator in the center of the wrap around staircase. The restaurant across the street had sidewalk seating and excellent food. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and a pleasure to visit with. Bed...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
Is not possible to walk, its take around 4/5 km... and is different direction. Easier way for you just take the train.. just remember to be careful during in train there is many of pick pocket around.

They have heat and air conditioning in most rooms. Rooms are supposed to work with key cards that turn on lights and temperature controls. However, the key card system was broken in my room. Front desk told me they are broken in many of the rooms and it is too expensive to repair them. So beware and insist on a room where the key card works.
