We stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. It's a bit out of rome but just a 10 minute walk to the metro station which with 1 change to the 51 bus takes you all the way to the coliseum. We will stop here again staff were nice and friendly and there are a few restaurants near by that are...

When you get over the fact that this hotel is not in the city centre, the rest of it is pretty average. The bed was fine! Most of the staff was helpful and the hotel has everything you need in a budget hotel. The downside was that it was pretty noisy. I could hear a lot of things happening outside,...

I booked this hotel in error (slip of the mouse/lack of concentration). I'd meant to click on another on the list.  It is very out of the way, currently with poor transport links (line C of the metro is still not open) unless you are familiar with bus numbers and directions. In any case there's no direct transportation. The hotel...

The hotel is in middle of nowhere in a not very safe area. The bus and metro connection to the centre takes 1 hour. The room was ok, but the breakfast was terrible... No bread, only some hard crackers, some cakes and nothing else. Coffee was ok. I recommend it only for people looking for very low budget hotel. The...

There is actually just one problem with this hotel - it is so far away from the city you won't even know you're in Rome. It is hard to reach by any means - especially by public transport. Otherwise, it is quite ok. So bear that in mind. I can only recommend it to those who go there by car...

The staff was great, the young man that booked us in was very helpful even when telling us where to park. The hotel is not in a great location, my wife felt a little unsafe. The room was bigger than most of the hotels we stayed in Italy and the breakfast had fresh oranges to juice and the coffee was...

My family and I stayed here in May 2012. Hotel Citta is VERY basic, however, very clean and accommodating. For American travelers, be aware that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING until their "hot months" like in July. Also, if you need to charge for phone or plug anything into the wall, you will need to bring a converter (but they...

Hotel Citta 2000 was a nice place to stay. It is a bit far out from the city but easily accessible by public transit and includes a handy shuttle. It is very clean and has a wonderful breakfast included. I would definitely stay there again!
