This B&B is in a great location. 3 minutes from one metro stop, 5 from another. 5 minute walk from Vatican Museums. We struggled slightly to find the entrance. It's in an apartment building on a private road. Inside its fine. Clean, modern, comfortable. A nice big kitchen where you can make your own meals from items purchased in the...

Really good and cozy BB. Room was very clean and big. There is also a big kitchen where you can make coffee or tea. Wi Fi is good, TV is really cool. Guys from BB was really helpful, the showed us all shops, metro and bus stops in the area. If we will be in Rome once again - we...

Very good service, nice room with good size. It's located nearby Vatican, from where you can walk to the rest of Rome. We liked that it wasn't located in the middle of the center. They got free coffee in the shared kitchen!

It was a first time for us to stay at a B&B. It was beyond what we expected. The ownership, staff and the establishment help make our vacation most pleasant. When back in Rome it will be top of the list for stays.

We got there a little late due to train delays but Sergio was absolutely great about it. Really friendly and spoke perfect English, room was great and super comfortable, easy access to the Metro as well as being very close to the Vatican for the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Highly recommended for the price!

I travelled to Rome in mid-February 2016 and was very happy with my stay at the Vatican Point Break. All in all, this was an excellent stay for a guest house. However, as my title states, this is not a hotel; and you do not pay hotel prices neither. A guest house is a simpler accomodation form, which does not...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in September and we were not disappointed. It was excellent. Very clean and the staff were excellent. Sergio was more than helpful with suggestions on places we should visit and restaurants to eat in. We had the room with the external bathroom but it was only for us. The area which the...

From Sergio and the other staff members, to the location, to the cleanliness, to the size, to the price, it was all excellent. It's just above Motor Cafe where we got coffee, breakfast and met the wonderful staff and it's just down the street from Sora Lia, an EXCELLENT pizza and burger place run by a local, friendly Roman named...
