Tiny hotel in a great location. I can't stress enough on how great the location is, seriously. We never made use of public transport or taxis during our whole stay. The longest we had to walk was 32 minutes to Galleria Borghese, and about 30 minutes to the Vatican. The pantheon is about 1 minute walk; Trevi fountain about 7...

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Perfect if you are stomping around Roma for a few days like us. Situated right on a busy tourist route through the old town, 20 second walk from the pantheon and 5 minutes from trevi fountain it's in the right spot. The bars around and underneath are welcoming and affordable unlike the actual restaurants...

Let's start with the biggest plus; the location.. how could anything be this central?? A 30 sec walk from the Pantheon, which means it is in the middle of Rome. We walked everywhere, even to the Vatican City which was like 1.5 km i think. If you don't believe me, Google map it from different attractions. We only rode taxis...

Visiting Rome for my 40th birthday with my boyfriend we stayed at the Pop Art B&B. Staying in the "Andy" Warhol design-inspired room which overlooked the bustling street below. The room was spotlessly clean with a good shower and access to free WiFi with excellent reception. Lorenzo and Rodolfo were both very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Pop Art is...

Lorenzo the owner was very nice, the room is clean but quite old. One thing is very annoying us is the heater wasnt working very well. We slept in a cold room, but lorenzo come up again and give us additional blanket. A big help, but it wasnt enough. Additionally, our room is in the second room without elevator, so...

We stopped here on our trip to Rome and it's not exaggeration to say you are right in the centre of everything. The location made every attraction easily accessible. However, for me the most important quality of anywhere I stay is cleanliness which we couldn't fault at Pop art. The room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Almost perfect...

I arrived late but still had a very friendly face welcome me. Very clean and comfortable and with tea making facilities. The room was to the front of the building so a great vibes when windows open and when Windows closed almost all the noisemakers closed off.. No better area to stay in my opinion. Breakfast was on a great...

Arrived 9.30pm but Lorenzo was waiting to meet us and ensure we were comfortable. Location great 1 minute from the Pantheon located in narrow street leading to Pantheon. The street was traffic free filled with restaurants and shops great atmosphere, breakfast was at a little cafe in the square. Most sites within walking distance approximately a mile. Accommodation simple but...

We arrived late evening (9.30pm) and Lorenzo had remained to greet us on arrival and provide us with an overview of the apartment and facilities. Location was great, it took just a minute to walk to the Pantheon. The room and ensuite bathroom were very clean and cleaned every day. Air conditioning could be improved, but you are able to...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
