I was in Milan for work and decided to spend the weekend in Rome. I booked the hotel via another website that only specified check in starts 12pm but omit to mention it closes for check in after 8pm. And I happily booked a 8pm flight after a work day and did not get in til after 10pm. I was...

Fantastic location. Near Trevi fountain, metro, bus stop and great patisserie. Very hospitable owners who made us feel welcome upon our early arrival. Staying at this location made our stay very easy in Rome. No need to purchase a Rome pass if you stay here as most attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable especially...

Stayed at La Maison Del Corso for a long weekend. A place we highly recommend because of the location, cleanliness and friendly hosts. Absolutely lovely little b & b on the 3rd floor and within walking distance to all the famous sights in Rome. We never used the public transport system at all. Arranged pick up from the airport for...

We chose it because of its relative proximity to the Vatican and the Borghese Galleria/park. Afterwards we discovered that the electric bus #117 is right across from the B&B. It goes down via del Corso towards the Piazza Venezia, a good starting point for a number of attractions such as the Capitoline museums, Fiori Market, Jewish Quarter, ancient roman ruins...

I would strongly recommend this accommodation as we found it excellent. The owner had arranged for us to be picked up at the airport for a reasonable price. He was waiting for us as we got off the plane. We felt very welcomed with a homely atmosphere. You feel you have found new friends. All the major sites are within...

On arrival we were greeted by our driver which the hotel had arranged for us through their car service InLimoRome.com at a cost of €38 - this was a great price considering it may have cost up to €70 in a taxi. Not only was our room vey nice and comfortable but it was also in a perfect location close...

We had a wonderful time staying at La Maison Del Corso. We took advantage of the airport pickup at a cost of 38Euros each way which ran smoothly and was greeted by Michaela and Francesca. We were shown to our room which was spotless and asked their advice of different places to visit and eat. You are on the main...

We loved La Maison del Corso! we had a charming 2 bdrm apartment on the 4th floor of this beautifully restored 13th century building. The owners and staff were very friendly and especially helpful with directions to the many attractions in the area, the Spanish steps, local market, Parthenon, etc. plus lots of little shops, restaurants and bars close by....

definitively we are coming back. More than a B&B, it seems like your own luxurious apartment in the center of one of the most beautiful cities in the world with a service of a 5 stars hotel and the kindness of an Italian family; this thanks to the people that works in this b&b, Francesca, Michela e Isabella. We booked the quad room for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The quad room has a mezzanine floor where there are two single beds, so it was perfect for us traveling with teenage kids, as everyone had their own space but we kept the cost down by renting one room for all of us. Francesca looked...

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
